Pricing FAQ
What counts as a site?
An independent kitchen or production location counts as one site. A central kitchen serving multiple outlets counts once; receiving outlets are not separate sites (see Order portal). Pop-ups under 6 months don't count. Multiple brands at the same physical location count as one site.
Which currency is billing in?
By default in CHF. EUR on request (1:1 conversion as a guideline).
Monthly or annual billing?
Both available. With annual prepayment in the Site tier, onboarding is included.
What about contract length?
Site: cancellable monthly or annually. Network: annually. System: 1–3 years, negotiated individually.
Are there discounts for non-profits or public institutions?
Yes, on request. Reach out, we'll put a concrete number on the table.
What happens if I deregister sites?
The tier adapts automatically to the current site count. No lock-in. You keep your data and can export it any time.
